Plural is a Chicago-based creative studio practice. With a focus on pursuing meaningful projects, Plural explores new approaches within the design process, experimenting in a wide range of media including print, web, video, sound, interactive and installation.

The studio was founded in 2008 by Jeremiah Chiu and Renata Graw. Plural collaborates with various cultural/educational institutions, artists, and musicians including DePaul Art Museum, Lyric Opera of Chicago, Public Media Institute, University of Illinois at Chicago, Volume Gallery, The Whistler Bar, Mas Context, Chicago Architecture Foundation, and Classic Color.

Collectively they have received recognition by the Art Directors Club, AIGA, The Type Directors Club, The Cooper-Hewitt National Design Museum, Communication Arts Magazine, Print Magazine, HOW Magazine, Creative Review, Taiwan DPI, Gallery Magazine / HK, The Society of Typographic Arts, among others.

This Month's Theme: "Money"

We're excited to announce that CreativeMornings will be hosting unified themes across our 40+ chapters starting in 2013. This month, over 5,000 attendees will meet up at CreativeMornings events on six continents for speakers that relate to our February theme, "Money" brought to you by SquareSpace.

Through these themes, we hope to stir up a global conversation among our fantastic, local creative communities.

About CreativeMornings

CreativeMornings is a monthly morning gathering for creative types. Each event includes a 20 minute lecture, followed by a 20 minute group discussion. The gathering begins at 8:30am with the topic presentation starting at 9:00am and everyone taking off for work at 10am. CreativeMornings are free of charge!

The Chicago chapter is run by Kim Knoll & Kyle Eertmoed of Knoed Creative.
